Health Advocate
"My name is Isaiah Turner. I was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and lived in Waterloo a short time before moving to Minnesota. I loved the Minnesota atmosphere and everything about it except the Vikings. I am a huge football fan in my free time and spend lots of time in fantasy football leagues. I am a father of two little girls ages eight, and almost two. I also have a dog named Loki, as I am huge into marvel movies. One of the things I've always wanted to do was help people get to a point in life where they feel secure. I've always wanted to start my own programs to help the homeless community as well."
Victim Advocate
"I attended UNI and majored in Middle Level Education. I later went to Hawkeye Community College and finished as a Pharmacy Technician. For the last 8 years, I worked within the healthcare system; including patient access roles. I have always had a passion for helping people. In my free time I enjoy time with family, friends, traveling, concerts, a good laugh and attending any community events I can.”
